We ship with DHL – within Germany and to Austria and Luxembourg.
Where we deliver
We deliver to Germany, Austria and Luxembourg. We’re working on shipping to more EU countries – if you would like to order from another country, just write to us at info@aromaneo.com.
Delivery time
We ship twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. Your order goes out with DHL on the next shipping day after the contract is concluded – or after receipt of payment if you pay in advance – and no later than within 5 business days. Delivery by DHL usually takes 1–4 business days, so the total delivery time is usually 3–5 business days and no more than 9 business days. To Austria and Luxembourg, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, so the total delivery time is usually 4–7 and no more than 10 business days.
Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order. Shipping is free for orders of €29.00 or more.
Shipping to Austria & Luxembourg
For deliveries to Austria and Luxembourg, we charge a flat rate of €9.90 per order. Orders of €59 or more are shipped free of charge.

We pack every order with care, using the most sustainable packaging we can to preserve the quality and aroma of our products.
